When Prompted:
   
  • Submit government issued photo identification (driver’s license, passport, military ID)
   
  • Verify how you would like to receive the transcript
 

Note: If you are over the age of 18, we cannot release your records to any other individual on your behalf without prior consent [20 U.S.C §1232g(a)(2) 20 CFR 99].
 

Transcript Request Reminders:

 
  • All requests by phone will be forwarded to our electronic request link
  • Transcripts for Front Office pick-up will be discarded after 3 business days from the chosen pick-up date
    • Failure to pick-up transcript will result in another transcript request to be submitted
  • Allow at least 2 business days for processing transcripts
  • All electronic requests will receive a copy of their request sent to their email address once the request is submitted.
