
Graduation Date and Time	The graduation ceremony is Friday, May 30, 2025, at 9 am. Graduates should arrive at 8am. Sheldon High School Performing Arts Center 8333 Kingsbridge Drive, Sacramento CA 95829
Graduation Rehearsal	The graduation rehearsal is on Wednesday, May 28, at noon on the Calvine High School Campus. PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED. Graduates are not permitted to bring guests to the rehearsal.
Cap and Gown	Students may purchase a cap and gown from Achievers. Please make sure the cap and gown are solid black. The cost is $27 Achievers Website: https://graduationorder.com/ On the Calvine page, enter the password. Password: chs916 Graduates can also borrow a gown at no cost. Please log in to the Achievers website and select “LOANER Cap and Gown Unit”.
Graduation Adornment	Graduates are permitted to wear one graduation adornment item. For more information: Graduation Adornment Information and Form Adornment is due Wednesday, May 14, 2025. Students may not decorate their caps or gowns and walk across the stage.
Graduation Tickets	Tickets are required for all guests, including children under 2, as each ticket corresponds to a seat. Tickets will not be sold at the door. To ensure all graduates are supported, ticket quantities are limited. $10 per ticket Each graduate receives 4 free tickets, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional tickets (maximum of 9 per graduate). Tickets will be distributed after the graduation rehearsal—no exceptions. Tickets sales are cash only, and non-refundable.
Guest and Parking	Please arrive early; the ceremony begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. Please anticipate heavy traffic due to the start of the school day for Smedberg Middle School and Sheldon High School.
